Following is the Kauai Taxi Company/KTC Inc and Kauai Transportation Company cancellation policy. Customers can cancel a reservation at any time up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund. Cancellations must be made by calling . Cancellations by any other avenue will not be accepted.
KTC will not provide a refund in the event of reservation abandonment, last minute cancellations, flight cancellations or delays due to airlines, Cruise ship port cancellations. Failure to contact KTC with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner will be considered reservation abandonment and/or late cancellation that will result in forfeiture of payment.
Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for partial refund when a replacement reservation is made.
