Following is the Kauai Taxi Company/KTC Inc and Kauai Transportation Company cancellation policy. Customers can cancel a reservation at any time up to 7 days before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund. Cancellations must be made by calling . Cancellations by any other avenue will not be accepted.
KTC will not provide a refund in the event of reservation abandonment, last minute cancellations, flight cancellations or delays due to airlines, Cruise ship port or activity/excursions cancellations. Failure to contact KTC with flight cancellation or delay information in a timely manner will be considered reservation abandonment and/or late cancellation that will result in forfeiture of payment.
Reservations impacted by airline delays and cancellations may qualify for partial refund when a replacement reservation is made.
